WHAT TO EXPECT
On Your Service Day:

We arrive on your scheduled route day

All accessible areas will be thoroughly cleaned

Waste is bagged and removed or placed in your designated area

We check gates before leaving to ensure your pet’s safety
You may receive:

A text when we’re on the way
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the best service:

Please unlock gates prior to service
-
Secure pets if needed
-
Ensure safe access to all service areas
-
Notify us of any changes or concerns
👉 If we cannot access the yard, the visit may still be charged.
WEATHER & HOLIDAY POLICY
Service may be delayed due to:

Snow / ice
-
Severe weather
-
Major holidays
When this happens:
👉 We resume on the next available route day
Important:
Yard Pawtrol operates on a monthly membership model, so pricing remains consistent even with weather-related adjustments.
MISSED SERVICE / ACCESS POLICY

If we miss a service, we will either:

Return to complete it, or
-
Apply a credit

If service cannot be completed due to access issues:
-
Locked gates
-
Unsafe conditions
-
Unsecured pets
-
👉 The visit may still be charged
👉 Excess buildup may result in a one-time cleanup fee on the next visit (if needed)
BILLING & PAYMENT POLICY

Invoices are issued based on your billing schedule

Payment is due within 15 days

Payments may be processed using the card on file
We recommend keeping a card on file for easy, seamless billing.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY

After 15 days:

Late fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater) may apply

After 30 days:
-
$30 late fee
-
Service may be paused
-
Account may be removed from schedule

Payment required before resuming service

SERVICE PAUSE / HOLDS
If you need to pause service:

Please notify us in advance

Service resumes based on route availability
👉 Excess buildup after a pause may require an additional cleanup fee
